Our client is an AmLaw 200 commercial law firm and one of the largest in the Western United States. Their litigation practice is Chambers ranked in Arizona and nationally. They are also Vault ranked as one of the best law firms in the mountain states, with associates praising the firm’s mentorship and ample pro bono opportunities.
THE POSITION
The firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney to join the Denver office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of general real estate experience. Candidates lateraling from another AmLaw 200 firm or highly regarded boutique will be prioritized.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience documenting, negotiating, closing and conducting due diligence for real estate secured loans.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Colorado bar required. Arizona, California and/or Nevada bar would be a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base compensation is commensurate with experience/ JD year.
$190,000 - $225,000/year depending on experience
